The PROMPT method is a well-known treatment technique for children that have apraxia of speech.
Gila continues to expand her knowledge by attending different continuing education workshops to gain the best skills to serve each individual with communication needs.
Gila provides speech and language assessments and therapy for children as young as 18 months of age through elementary school with different delays and disorders including:

Individual treatment plans and goals are created based on the child's needs. Each therapy session is individualized to meet the needs of the client and family members. Therapy is play-based and goal-oriented. Weekly speech homework is provided for parents to help reinforce new concepts learned in therapy which will help speed along the process of therapy.
